Have had many great haircuts here over many years which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of one and why it was such a shame when I arrived for an appointment I had made a month in advance to find the person I had made the appointment with (who had cut my hair many times and had been happy with) wasn't there, and I was made to wait twenty minutes. When I finally did get seated I was treated to a haircut which looks like it was done by a coked up toddler with garden sheers who happens to have a bad taste in hair. When I said that I was unpleased by the haircut there was no contrition only a defensive attitude. I was surprised as someone so rubbish at their job would have by now be used to critisism. I understand you can't expect a perfect hair cut every time but for the price charged here a bit of decent customer service in expressing some sort of sympathy when the service doesn't live up to expectations doesn't seem like a lot to ask .
Best Men's salon in Brisbane. Alan does an awesome cut and the place is a cool place to hang out. I like the classic neck wet shave and hot towel to finish. Gents, make sure you take pride in your appearance and spend that bit extra to get a high quality cut in a cool place while still getting classic service. Plus, they ave an awesome product range.
