Poor, outdated service. For our two hired wedding suits (costing over $400 hire), one was missing two buttons, one had a broken button and both shirts needed to be ironed as they had been crushed. When we called to get this rectified the day before the wedding the response was 'haven't you got a mother who can sew'. My husbands mother has passed away, and this was not the expected service!
