Classes - Offering varied types of yoga classes based in the Hatha Yoga tradition. Classes are always small so students receive close attention. Classes are offered at the Heart Space Yoga Studio (Bundanoon).
Yoga to You - individual tuition and/or tailored groups to address your specific needs. I can come to you with equipment or you may wish to use the studio if local. Happy to travel!
Mentoring/therapy - now offering 1:1 mentoring, coaching and/or therapies to improve wellbeing. I often use outdoor experiences and/or creative art based therapies.
Studio Shop - open weekends - yoga props and clothing
