I have been here twice and unfortunatelly I have found the staff to be rude and absent minded. The first time I got a sandwich where the staff member asked me the same question three times in a row, not because staff couldn't hear my response, but because staff was being dopey and simply not paying me any attention. The sandwich, as it turned out, was pretty much inedible due to the large amount of pepper that had been put on there (without actually asking if I wanted any).
The second time, the staff were simply rude.
It's such a pity because their food looks delightful but I've given them two chances and they just haven't been able to give me a pleasant experience.
