Taekwondo training designed to suit varying ages and skills.Our objective is to provide Taekwondo training designed to suit varying ages, we have training 6 days a week at 3 venues, for ages: 5-6yrs, "Little Dragons" 7-9yrs & 10-14yrs "Juniors" & 15yrs -adults.
The physical benefits of Taekwondo will be immediately noticeable for children and adults of all ages. The rudimentary self-defense moves of Taekwondo, such as kicking, punching, striking blocking and evasion teach the student co-ordination and concentration.
As students become more proficiant they will learn the more dynamic techniques of Taekwondo like jumping spinning combinations along with offensive and defensive skills. A strong focus on strengthening suppleness and stamina related exercises is encouraged.
Our mission is to provide the safe teaching of techniques within an age appropriate structure, catering to the individual's ability. We aim to instill facts and skills in students so they can set set goals and achieve personal bests..Regular participation in a physical activity such as Taekwondo is associated with a range of physical and mental health benefits both in childhood and adulthood. Active children become healthy adults and we have a key role in contributing to this outcome.
