Went to Qford at beenleigh Logan River Rd today. The service was fantastic they fitted me in straight away , even though they were busy. Fixed my Ford Transit on the spot, got me back on the road. I can't speak highly enough of them. The staff and management were professional and friendly and help solve the problem with my van. Thanks for all your help today.

So I have a problem with the transmission of my ford. I've had the fault diagnosed and have been told what needs to be done and that only a Ford dealercan do this. I take the car to QFord with a clear instruction on what I want done. Next day I get a call to say that they have run a scan (found the same fault I knew about) and that I needed a new gearbox for $7000. I asked them if they had done the job I asked and was told that they WOULDN'T do it because I needed a new gearbox. I asked again for them to do the job anyway (aware that it may not improve the situation) and they refused.
When I went to collect the car I was told there was $148 charge. When I told them I wasn't inclined to pay for work I had not authorised the service manager grabbed the keys to the car I had driven in so I could collect the broken vehicle (not the car they had worked on) and refused to return them. Wouldn't trust this mob with my lawn mower.
Bought a brand new 2013 Ford Ranger XLT dual cab from another dealer, but with this mob being 'local' to me, decided they will get my money for servicing. First service sheet said they had measured brake pad thickness, yet not one wheel nut had any marks in the dust to indicate a nut had been turned, same with 'inspect/clean/replace' air cleaner. I opened the airbox myself after the service and noted no finger prints in the dust on the lock tabs until i opened it and cleaned out the dust,leaves and grass hoppers myself...
