I was very excited to purchase a new 2022 Ford Ranger Wildtrak. I couldn’t find a new one available, Q Ford had a demo with only 1700kms on the clock. The images on their website showed it in top condition, not a mark on it. I paid a deposit over the phone and arranged a day/time to inspect the vehicle. On inspecting the vehicle, I found it was dirty inside and out. It had multiple large scratches in the paint, requiring a substantial respray, Worn Tyres, the inside was dirty with grass all over the carpet, they didn’t even bother with a $2 vacuum or a $10 carwash. The Salesman's response. "It's not a new vehicle and someone else will buy it if you don't. The price was more than a brand new one at Approximately $97000. I won’t be back after this poor service.

I recently purchased tyres from Tyresales (an online retailer) and I selected QFord Springwood as the fitting agent. QFord contacted me after my tyres arrived and advised the car was booked in at 1000 and that fitting tyres should take no more than an hour. I arrived at 0950 and was advised that car would not be ready until after 1200. I was a liitle annoyed and said Beaurepairs or Bob Jane T Mart could do the job in about 30mins. Nonetheless I left the car . I returned only to be told the tyres are fitted but the work on the transmission was still ongoing. I was dumfounded as I has not requested or approved any other work to be carried out. I received the car back at 1230 but the receptionist refused to show me the job sheet or advise on what unauthorised work was carried out. AVOID PURCHASING A EUROPEAN CAR FROM THIS DEALER!
My wife and I purchased a 2nd hand (but still quite new) European car from this dealer a few years back, and have been victim to overpriced servicing, refusals to honour their extended warranty, and questionable work. Within 6 months the car had an oil leak which was considered "wear and tear" on a car only a couple of years old and QFord refused to cover this under warranty. Then a year later our thermostat housing was cracked. Again conveniently not covered under warranty and left us out of pocket $1400. We also paid $1800 for a service which included replacing the brake pads and discs but had to have BOTH PADS AND DISCS replaced ...read more
