Unfortunately I cannot give zero starts.
Staff are miserable & unbelievably rude! I have never encountered staff so rude, how this business is still running is beyond me.
My lip was cut & bleeding as my lip wax was so rushed. Staff greet you with “yes” instead of “how are you”, no eye contact, staff look like they don’t want to be there & you can tell immediately.
I only joined this site so I could leave a review to hopefully defer other girls from having a terrible experience.
Just absolutely awful, never go here, they should be shut down. If I could give zero stars I would. I was meant to receive a regular pedicure, instead I walked out with 3 bleeding cuticles. The lady doing my pedicure was so busy on her mobile not concentrating she kept cutting my skin. I was still charged $28 for the service, even though I asked her to stop and walked out with unpainted and non filed nails. I wish I’d refused to pay, but I was so upset I just wanted to get out of there.
