This business is unreliable. Went there on Friday to check if they do passport photos on Saturday and what time. I was told yes and anytime between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Got there at noon on Saturday and was then told sorry our staff that can do this has already gone home. Totally wasted trip and very inconvenient as people who work business hours can get there only on Satuday and this has caused a VERY inconvenient delay. They need to get their act together and give clients correct inofrmation.
Hi Ross, I apologise you were given incorrect information from one of my staff. Normally, yes on a Saturday there is a staff member who is trained in passport photos, unfortunately that day this was not the case as two staff members were unavailable and the other had to finish by 11.30 due to a prior engagement of which the staff member who informed you on Friday wasn't aware of. If you are still wanting your passport photo taken, there will be a trained staff member available from 10am each weekday this week who can take this for you. Exceptional service, great prices, excellent turn-around times on having our order ready. Can't believe I've been using other print shops for years and paying more than I should be when they've been here the whole time.
