Wish I could give less then one star. Very disappointed with the maroochydore store. We had an agreement that I could pick up one book a fortnight over any period of time and I stuck to that driving 40 minutes there and 40 minutes back every fortnight to get minimum one book. I had approximately 15 books on hold. I drove down to pick one up on Sunday only to be told that the remaining 4 had been put back on the shelf. I was told I would receive a call before that would happen. They then proceeded to tell me they changed their policy. I would have quite happily sorted something out had they called me. The people in the store messed me around for nearly an hour running to the management and back but when asked if I could speak to the management was told they were on the phone and would be a long time I went back an hour later and said I would like them to sort something out because of all my time they wasted and was told they would see what they could ...read more
