I ordered a shotgun from QGE, it was in stock and it and a couple of accessories I ordered were shipped next day, no hassle, just normal paperwork, shipping was fine now I just have to wait for local (interstate) registration before I can pick it up.
Easy process, just a couple of emails. in the unlikely event of any issues after I pick it up, I'll update the review later.
I will shop with QGE again.
I ordered an air rifle off these guys on the 26th of September.... I only just got my license and everything today which is the 30th of November and the estimated arrival time was 2-3 weeks so of course I thought my gun would be there. It wasn't. I call them and he said that the manufacturer doesn't do that model anymore so I had to order a different one and wait even longer. I paid the rifle in full so I expected it to be there. I wasn't called once about the progress of my order or to say that the manufacturer doesn't do that model anymore. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and I am disappointed as this would have been my first firearm. To anyone reading this please go to other stores around Brisbane I can't recommend this place at all
Worst gun shop in existence. Ordered pareus straight pull shot gun in February 2017 after receiving their newsletter. Called up a put deposit. Roos it would be here in June/ July. Got pta expires once. Told it would be August. Then told September. Then told October. Calle duo in November 1 and told definitely early December. Is now 1st January 2018 and still nothing. 2nd pta about to expire. Never buying anything from them again. Do not order anything from them. Worst
They are expensive, however, not as expensive as others (like Rebel)....They existed in a time when there were few gun shops in Brisbane, however, now there is a heap of stores in town. If I was them, I would be dropping my prices and matching the new gun shops prices or beating them.
Drove two hours to see this shop. Want to purchase 22 and scope, winchester model 70 30.06, and possibly a double rifle in 9.3. Greeted punk who asks "are you all right Turbo, need help". Tell an older sales person what i want , comes back with single shot Slazenger 22 with scored barrel and repaired stock. 10% discount but i have to pay right now. Winchester 30.06, i get a blank look. Okay, double rifle in 9.3 thats on the website. Never heard of it or seen one apparently but they are useless anyway; what i need is a shotgun like he uses. NO THANK YOU HOW ABOUT WHAT I ASKED ABOUT. But wait look over there 20 gauge bolt action shotgun that would be good for you. Thats when i walked out. First sentance "you will have to pay now". No advice ,no listening, just attempting a quick sale on the spot, car salesman on his weekend job maybe? Very disappointed. Would not recommend
