I had a brilliant experience at QML Springwood. No one likes getting a blood test, however the ladies at this clinic were calming, friendly and fast! There was a full waiting room and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. These guys open at 7am as well, so great to pop in before work if you have a fasting test.

I just went into the QML Pathology at Arndale Springwood to get blood tests. The lady that was looking after me seemed quite distracted, didn't even want to be there. She asked me which arm I would like to draw blood from but in the rudest manner. I said my left arm, than she organised all the needles and tubes into her little tray, ended up nearly dropping it on the floor. I felt like there was no customer service provided, with no care at all. She asked me to tense my arm, but didn't tell me to release the tension until she filled the last tube with my blood.
