We are very dissapointed with the service of this centre. Two ladies on duty 16 September, 2023 were slow foot and have no concerned to the customers they are attending, too.
The number system in queue theit clients is not properly look after.
My husband and I walked out to see another centre; this time at Murrumba Downs and the same number system are implemented and not working as well but not that bad as Taigum Centre.
QML should do something about this system of receiving and queue their customers. Bear in mind that people get in there to your centre without their breakfast.

I Go to QML TaIGUM about once a week for Blood Tests IM on Warfarin .. They have some of the nicest people you could wish to meet, kind caring and hard working , they hear you when you tell them your arms are sore they are happy to get the blood as painless and quickly as possible top place to go if you have to , NEVER A DULL NEEDLE
