QML The Gap is a joke and shoddily run. My boyfriend attended this location for an appointment to apply a halter-monitor for 11:30 am. After waiting for AN HOUR after taking a STICKY NOTE FROM THE DOOR (their receptionist system as there is no receptionist for QML) a kind receptionist from the adjoined medical practice went to check what was up and was told that somehow they had FORGOTTEN about his appointment and the doctor had gone to lunch. Then he was instructed to come back at 1.
PATIENTS BEWARE.
This place is a medical practitioners office. Supposedly. What an absolute joke and the level of ineptitude and rudeness is almost offensive. I would not trust these people to know their car keys from their face and certainly don't trust them with someone's medical care.
