These guys have improved so much! I took my Japanese spitz here today and they groomed him beautifully. Most salons either clip or do minimal trimming, they trimmed his tail, bum and legs and he looks like a new dog. I recommend highly :)

The haircut was ok, cut to the right length so she doesn't get cold on the cooler nights we're still having. My big complaint is their lack of people (and dog) skills. They never asked for my name or my dog's - we were known to them only by my phone number. They didn't introduce self when we came in, so I have no idea what their name were. They made no attempt to let my dog check them out and feel comfortable - as soon as I told them what I wanted they reached down and grabbed at her front-on and picked her up (which freaked her out) and took off out the back. Not a pleasant experience for me or my dog.

Great little no fuss groomers in Surryhills. I have a Bichon Frise who I have had bathed and also groomed at QPet, each time Archie and his team have done a beautiful job with her. She has come away happy, relaxed and looking gorgeous. Having managed a high end Groomers in Toronto I know a few things about dogs behaviour... it doesn't take long for them to decide if they like a place or not, our Pup does not suffer fools gladly so I have peace of mind to knowing that she is happy at QPet. Overall 5 stars for groom, price, care of our dog and friendliness.

Do not take your dog to this place! Ten minutes after leaving my ten month old pup there (chihuahua) got a call saying to pick my dog up as he was biting. When we got there, he was in a state of absolute shock, huddled on the table. He is a well trained dog, very sociable, and has never bitten anyone before, and I have never seen him this terrified before. I can only conclude that they are extremely inexperienced dog handler. Will NEVER return.
