Since I work in the area so I often go to this place to get my morning coffee and lunch on some occasions, though the staff is very polite and welcoming a management staff is equal opposite.
Went there this morning and ordered my usual coffee (which costs $4.00) so I decided to give them all the change that I had (0.20Cents*5, $1*2, $0.50*2) and apologised for the change as I had a $50 note apart from the change to my surprise the reply that I got from the management staff was HAVE YOU GOT ENOUGH LEFT FOR YOUR WAY BACK HOME and just moved on to serve another customer, I didn't say anything at that time but to be honest but I've never ever in my life seen such a rude behavior from a management staff , I didn't say anything at that time as I was shocked to hear that reply having worked in hospitality for +4 years i ...read more
I apologise for offending you...ive been here for 9 years and the hosptality for over 25 years and i can assure you beyond any reasonable doubt that it was'nt adressed at being rude but light hearted ..my apologies if you took it the wrong way. g
