My wife took her 2013 Kia Grand Carnival in for a service.
1. Extreme overfill of oil on service. Dip stick was several cm above the fill mark.
2. Unwanted engine flush added without consultation. With it being so overfull I don't know if it was properly drained.
Overfilling and not checking oil levels are basic mistakes I would not expect a reputable mechanic to make.

Very happy with the service from these guys, they call you in advance if there are any other problems with the car and if anything else needs to be done so you don't get a shock when you return to pick up the car with a monster bill. Very professional.

Very honest, have always looked after our car and saved us over $1500, by proving that we did not need a big job that someone else we got a quote from said needed doing.

Not a happy customer specially when they replaced my muffler with a new (looks cheapy) and charged me too much. The engine baceme noisy and sounds like I'm driving a chopper.
