Quality Blinds

In January 2021 we purchased a curtain with blockout backing from Quality Blinds. The curtain was delivered and installed on 16th March 2021.

Late in 2023 we noticed that the backing was severely discoloured (yellowed), but more importantly, it was coming off on our hands and onto the window as a powder – clearly breaking down and presenting a health hazard. For curtains supplied less than three years before, this should not be happening. Unlike the backing, the curtain fabric itself is in very good condition due to little use in a spare bedroom.

I made contact with Quality Blinds after the original installer of our Louvre blinds showed no interest in reparing them.
Quality blinds have sorted out the issue and I was very happy with their service.

Superb product offering and excellent service. Damien made some helpful suggestions in terms of pragmatic double blinds that met the needs of a rental property my wife and I own (e.g. ease of use and clean ability) and in colour selection.
The quality of the product is high - for example, robust anodised steel chains are used where competing companies use cheap looking plastic chains.
The competitive price also included installation. There was an error with the original measurements taken for a sunscreen blind in the kitchen, but the installer took new measurements and a new blind was made up and installed without any further effort or expense from me.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the end result. I will definitely use Quality Blinds again.

We needed blinds installed quite urgently to our physiotherapy clinic, I had sent off emails to over 10 different places and Nick from Quality Blinds got back to me immediately and arranged to have someone out to do a quote next day. Their price still beat other competitors when the quotes came back. Then lockdown hit and their warehouse had to close. Nick was still communicating with me every day giving me updates, even if the situation had not progressed because of the circumstance. He went above and beyond in keeping us happy customers in a stressful time for his business as well as ours. The blinds were installed last week and they look amazing! we are so happy with them, we went with black roller blockout and they really don't let any light through. Very grateful for Nick and the Team and Quality Blinds. Excellent customer service and really friendly, will absolutely go with again in future. Thank you!

I've now had several awnings from these guys and been very satisfied with the results - or I wouldn't have gone back!
