A couple of weeks ago I was asked by a client to sort out the villa of their family members who were going into a nursing home. Two weeks ago, I arranged to have Quality Carpet Cleaners come out my vacant rental in Kewdale at 8am on 29th August for our vacate carpet cleaning. The price, time and date were all confirmed, and my housemate organised to be at the vacant property to grant QCC access to the carpets.
My housemate received a call from QCC at 7:10am this morning, advising that they were 20 minutes away from the property and would be arriving at 7:30am. Yes I was attempting to get there early, but your housemate was still in bed and in my opinion was not going to be able to get there in time. I should have gone to your unit and waited, so that was wrong of me. By the way the real estate agent that referred you to me 7 years ago still uses my services. I wonder why that is.
