DO NOT HIRE THEM. My partner the absolute spastic didn't look at these reviews, even though he's so tech savvy, same thing happened at ours and now we won't be getting our bond back by the looks of it. Honestly the cherry on the top of everything else while moving out. At least they gave us a discount and one guy came back to finish the job that the others didn't finish and went off for the day, but majority of things left unclean. We were just so sick of it, we just let him go home. Please don't hire this company, do your research... save yourself the headache. I wish I just looked for the bond cleaner myself ??.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Booked this cleaner, confirmed a week before. The day of cleaning they said they would be late and advised they would be there at around midday, they did not arrive and told us they would clean it that night and have the property ready by morning. I arrived at our house the next morning and no one had been there. I tried phoning "David" repeatedly to no avail. I am now left to bond clean the house by myself, with the keys due back tomorrow. Least he could have done and let us no EARLY they he couldn't clean the house so we could have organised someone (who is capable of running a business properly) to come and clean. Absolutely the most unprofessional and useless business I have ever encountered.
Do not use this company. They were so attentive before the cleaning day but after they got paid it was the worst dealings i have ever had with a service provider. They didnt turn up on the day the were meant to which resulted in us having to start moving in to an unclean house. They finally turned up and did a terrible job. They took hours longer than they should and everything needed to be recleaned. They put a hole in a wall with the carpet cleaning machine and didn't even care.
David offered a refund which he never gave me. I have contacted him numerous times since the service and get no response.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. 100% satisfaction is a joke. David and his team don't turn up on time; they don't use cleaning products just dirty rags; they complain when you inspect their work and refuse to follow up after poor service. It took me 6 hours to thoroughly clean my home after Quality came through- so time of work and more money wasted to get it ready for sale. I have been trying for months to get in touch with the company and even after involving Fair Trading they're still allowed to operate. This company needs to be shut down so more people aren't getting ripped off. What ever yo do don't book any services through this company.
