Quality Dry Cleaners

Wouldn't recommend at all. Horrible customer service and terrible dry cleaning. Do not trust them with your wedding dress. Mine was ruined after months of them having it. It came back in pieces literally.

So horrible. First they lost my details, then lost my wedding dress for a month, asked three times if I wanted my dress boxed. And didn't call me back when I followed up about my dress! Never ever using these horrible dry cleaners again.

I have been using this dry cleaner for so many years I have lost count. They have always provided a great service with their pickup & delivery option. I never have to worry about my dry cleaning I just call and they take care of the rest. They are great at what they do and I wouldn't take my dry cleaning anywhere else. Would happily recommend their services as they are always professional and get the job done!

We are extremely unhappy with this dry cleaner and although we've used them heaps of times before, we will never ever use them again. They're quite an expensive dry cleaner compared to others in the area. They ruined my husband's $1000 tailor made suit by overheating and shrinking the lining in his pants so that the pant legs puckered when he wore them. We complained, so they then 'fixed' the problem by re-sewing the existing puckered lining so that it didn't look puckered anymore, but the lining was now so narrow that my husband couldn't even get his legs in the pant legs. When we complained, they claimed that it wasn't possible for them to have shrunk the lining in the first place and that it must be a problem with the pants which they said were obviously made like that.
