I would not use Quality Electrical ever again! They installed a brand new Mitsuibishi reverse cycle split system air conditioner in my bedroom 4 years ago and I found out today that the air conditioner has been totally ruined and written off by rodents such that it now has to be replaced. And how did rodents get inside my air conditioner? Because of the incredibly shoddy workmanship of Quality Electrical. They made a large whole in the internal wall for the air conditioning tubing/piping to go through. This hole was much larger than the tubing meaning that rodents could easily gain access to the back of the air conditioner through this hole. It was not sealed off in any way. I didn't see it when they installed it because the air conditioning unit conceals the hole. Their extremely poor workmanship has now resulted in considerable additional expense!

They assume that that every job they are getting booked for is the client's PPOR. I booked them for an inspection at 7:30am at my rental and they came at 7:15am and left prior to me getting there at 7:30am??? I later followed up with the receptionist and had to explain that I was not there at the earlier time because I don't live there and she said she would get back to me with a re-schedule time but never did! You would think a 7:30am meeting means meet at 7:30am right?

We only had a 24 hour wait from the time we first made contact with Quality Electrical to having our Air con installed, given that it was between Christmas and New Years we were VERY impressed. Gary and Ken have provided us with one of the best experiences we have had with a tradie and we couldn't be more grateful. The work was finished in a timely manner, the job was neat and the area left tidy. Ken and Gary were very polite and friendly to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for them. Their work ethic and punctuality is to be commended. We can't recommend this company highly enough, we will certainly be repeat customers. Oh, and just quietly... their prices will amaze you.

Fantastic trustworthy tradesmen. I'm a repeat customer of Gary and Ken at Quality Electrical and I'd definitely recommend them! These are great workers who take pride in good customer service and doing jobs to a very high standard. As I've explained what I wanted done, Ken asks questions and makes suggestions as to other things we could do, so I end up with an even better result than I had in mind. They're careful to not make a mess and even clean up when the job is done. Prices are very reasonable too.
