Avoid! Under-quote. Extremely slow. Incomplete job - carpet no different, still hairs found everywhere, blinds dirty, kitchen sink dirty, gas cooker still has hairs and grime, shower drain not touched. Real estate won’t refund bond in current state. Probably will need to hire ACTUAL cleaners now. Money down the drain.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Completely horrendous customer services and unapologetic. Cleaners were unprofessional and did a bad job - did not know how to mop a floor. Booked an end of lease clean and the real estate agent was not happy (fairly). They were rude and horrible! DO NOT BOOK!

Firstly my apologies again for your bad experience , We have investigated your complaint and checked with the cleaning and admin staff, He have sent us the photos of the floors which perfectly looks fine, and we have found in the verbal recording that the admin staff offered you free visit to do the floors again but your partners said "not required". Our cleaner have suggested that the property was not fully empty on the day of cleaning and when you move stuff after the cleaning it may make teh floors dirty again.Still we can do that free of cost for you. If you wants us to fix that free of cost please advise us anytime we are always helping to our clients i am sorry if you feel unapologetic.

There must be some miscommunication between your workers as we left before them and never entered the premises after their second attempt at cleaning. We NEVER moved things after they had cleaned. Additionally, someone must have been telling inaccurate information to you, as the workers reported they had other jobs and that's why they finished our apartment (first time) in 8 hours rather than 3-4 as specified. However, when calling the company, they said it was because they took lots of breaks! The mismatch of information was really tiresome to follow up.
Yes we did get that offer for the visit to mop the floors again but if you listened to the recording you would know that we declined this as it would have been your third visit and we were tired of the inadequate clean and customer service. I have experience with hiring end-of-lease cleaners 4 times over 5 years as I move a lot, and never have I had such unsatisfactory service.

As i mentioned earlier, the cleaner sent us the photos in which floors perfectly fine and not dirty at all,which i have also sent you as an evidence, my cleaner mentioned in that the property was not empty and there was stuff in the rooms, You moved furniture after cleaner finished the cleaning which definately can make the floors dirty again.Still we have offered you that we will visit the property and do the floors for you free of cost to be in good terms, but your partner refused us to come as he needs to do more stuffs in teh property.
My apologies again for the inconvence you face, We stricly advise our clients to make teh property empty before cleaner starts the job.

Please do more investigation. The property was furnished! We moved all personal belongings from the house and left furniture as it was a furnished apartment that needed cleaning.
Company did fantastic job , i got my full bond. Cleaners were professionals and did a spotless job. Thank you very much and i recommend everyone to hire this company.
