Quattro Deli

Definately not a discount store but an excellent deli stocking even the most obscure gourmet ingredients! It is quite small but well stocked only carrying a few of each item. Definitely worth a visit when you want some quality yummy food - think beautiful breads, cheeses and cold meats. I visited a few months ago because I'd visited many other stores looking for Harissa. This Deli had three types!

Still one of my favorite delis in Chatswood. Their buffalo mozzarella (Italian) is worth it... Soft, puffs of cheesy clouds that melt in your mouth. They have a wide selection if cured meats including truffle salami and italian prosciutto. The staff are friendly and are happy for you to try different cheeses.

I'm totally in love with this deli. The service is fantastic, the staff are courteous and helpful. It gets pretty busy but despite the hectic hustle and bustle, the staff still take time to explain the produce, taste different cheeses and slice and pack goods to your requirements. They also stock some of the finest selection of cheeses including a favourite of ours- Prima Donna. Try their delicious Italian buffalo mozzarella and freshly sliced prosciutto...
