I went there to get my hair done up for my engagement night and I was absolutely disgusted! My appointment was for 3pm (in line with my make up I was getting done at 4:15), I was still sitting in the chair at 3:25 and they had not even started! When they did start I told them I wanted a braid done over the top in which she replied that braids weren't really her thing! This should be the first thing that a hairdresser should know how to do! I told her I needed to be out by 4pm as I had my make up to get done (hence the reason I made my appointment for 3pm) to which they replied "well you wont be out of here by then sorry!" They then rushed it and it was not what I wanted at all! They also quoted me $50 when I initially made the appointment, then they charged me more, their time was worth nothing! An engagement party is something you can never re-live.
