Olga the owner and manager of Quay Deli is a delight to deal with. I love getting off the ferry of a morning and paying her a visit. I go to Quay deli to get my lunch a couple of times a week. Its a bit far to walk back down there for lunch so I grab it in the mornings. I usually get a lentil and salad wrap. It is the best lentil pattie I have ever tasted. They have some premade ones but I get her to make me a customised one. She chats to me the whole time she makes it and is just a general legend. After handing me my brown paper bag with my lentil wrap inside she tells me (every morning) how she isnt going to charge me the appropriate amount and is going to charge me less.
I have tried their salads too equally delicious. They also make a mean Turkish toast with vegemite!
