Que Colour has transformed my hair. I went in many months ago with over processed damaged hair and over time I have seen my hair change to seriously healthy glossy hair. Everything at this salon from the highly trained staff (I could recommend any of the staff members) to the professionalism is second to none. I swear by the take home products too. I had my hair colour booked with Montana, but she was sick and I went ahead with Monique thinking that I would be looked after by the best colorist. However, after bleaching my hair Monique passed me onto an apprentice to do my main hair colour. Being short in staff Monique was looking after her own clients spending time with them. I felt it was unfair that I was treated like that and still had to pay the expensive price I agreed to pay thinking my hair would be done by a senior colorist. Not the way to treat your clients.
Very disappointing. I tried this salon for the first time, based on the positive reviews and the photos on Instagram. I asked for natural looking highlights with subtle tones. They must have used too much bleach and my hair turned yellow with horrible brassy tones. They tried to fix it by giving me two tones but the result was even worse. And my hair got really dry and damaged. To me they did not seem like colour experts as they claim. And they are not cheap either. I also rang them several times to discuss my problem but they totally ignored me. I wouldn't go back there anyway.
I had a great experience at que, saw their Instagram after being reccomended by my hairdresser who moved too far away for me to travel..
The girl who did my colour was amazing I think name was Morgana. I just wanted to be a natural looking blonde without any of those brassy tones. It was perfect!! She took the time to talk me through the different things she was going to do and she also cut my hair with a really nice shape so it was easy for me to style at home. The price was really reasonable too, less than $260 for a cut and colour.
I would definitely reccomended this place, the products they use are amazing and somehow after my colour my hair felt even better than before.
It was really feel good to leave the salon without feeling rushed or unhappy.
