I pre booked a cab last night to pick up a 6:30pm to take 2 of us out to Sheapards Run Winery, about 10 minutes travel. Waited for 20 minutes, called them and they at first caouldnt find the booking, then found and made some crap about the cab turned up and no one was there. Was then told a priority job was booked. Waited another 15 minutes and called them back to say I would have to drive now because Im 45 minutes late. Staff tried to tell me the cab was on its way, but I said I had heard that before. Later that night the owner of Sheapards Run tried to get a cab to come pick us up. After waiting for 1 hour, she called again only for the guy to tell her that no cab driver wanted to drive to Wambian. She asked why she was not called back to advise her of this and all they said was we dont take phone numbers. I use to spend in excess of $200 a week with this company as i don't drive. I have been left waiting for over 2 hours one time and as a result lost a job because i couldn't rely on this company picking me up. I have always been wear i sed i would be, always paid, and have even given a tip or two when service was good. Today i sat around waiting for a cab an hour went buy, and then finally my cab arrived, the driver was stuffing his face with food, when i asked wear he had been "school run" was all he sed I called for a taxi at 2.33 it arrived 3.38 wow long school run.
Never use this service, i have started using other cabs, much better, nicer, cleaner and usually a LOT quicker and cheaper.
The sad thing is the drivers have been complaining how quiet it has been, perhaps if they offered service it would be better.
The worst service I have ever had from any taxi company. Trying to book over the phone and the staff was so incredibly rude telling me to "find out where I am and then call us madam" then hung up on me because staff obviously didn't know where I was so god only knows why that staff is working for a taxi company in queanbeyan. I will never use this company again and will make sure everyone I know hears about this.
