I remember the day I went in to get my eyebrows microbladed. I was so excited. The place is dingy, dodgy and has tacky written all over it. I didnt even feel comfortable to put my bag down let alone sit in a back room with this woman to microblade my eyebrows. To my shock getting up and looking in the mirror they were crooked and completely unsymmetrical. Amanda assured me she would correct this on the touch up appointment and that this was normal. I came here for eyelash extension refills. At first I thought it was good because the owner was so quick. Then I realised after I had a reaction to the glue for the first time ever (I've been getting them done over a year with another lash artist) that maybe she had put too much glue on, hence why she was so fast. My eyelid was itchy and swelled a tiny bit, and then went down so I didn't think much of it and stupidly went back a second time. The next time they didn't even look like she'd done anything to improve them it was so quick. After that, both eyelids swelled a bit and my eyelids were so itchy and irritated. I decided not to go back and see my usual lash technician the next time (I've moved away so it's hard to see her all the time, hence why I went to this new lady). Thank you for my awesome eyebrow tattooing! They were gappy before but now they look flawless even without makeup! Woohoo! Getting a tattoo anywhere can be nerve wracking but you made it a relaxing experience. For your own safety, stay away from this awful place!
There is dried up used wax lying around, the "beautician" is beyond rude and the treatment I had was HORRIFYING!
I got eyelash extensions here because they were doing a cheap Groupon deal. I've been getting extensions for years at different salons and I've NEVER experienced anything as bad as this.

I left with the skin under my eyes bruised and torn because the "beautician" used STICKY TAPE instead of the usual eye pads to cover the lower lashes. ...read more

Being new to Melbourne I was scared to have my treatments done by someone new, I highly recommend Amanda, the treatments are done honestly and come with a reasonable price tag :) x
