Queen,s Alterations

Do not go here!!! The staff that works here is rude and intimidating. They tried to intimidate me into agreeing to a ridiculous price by saying I had wasted their time. They refused to give me an estimated price waited until they had spent time looking at what adjustments my garment needed then when I said too expensive was very rude and told me not to come back! I have no idea how they get any business with that attitude. I managed to get the work completed at half the price they quoted somewhere else where they provided a good service and a smile.

Actual cost was double the quote. I requested that they contact me once finished, but insisted that they would be finished on time and to "just come in". Just went in then to to pick-up and not even 1 out of the three garments had been finished. Store person said they would be finished in 30 mins. I couldn't wait because I had a wedding to attend and will have to come back another week, besides there was no way I was going to encourage a "rush job". I would never go back here again, and never recommend any of my customers (I work in the same centre for a clothing store). Here is to hoping they do a somewhat decent job with the alterations.

Awlful, awful, awful. Went in after work almost 6 times because the stitching was terrible and needed repair each time I inspected it. Simple repair required on 2 dresses and almost ruined them. Overlap of stitching, frayed ends, stop and start of stitching and they charged a fortune. Terrible!!

Absolutely appalling service!! Went in to enquire about a hem on a dress been taken up and the staff who served me was rude and sarcastic beyond belief. I said i would be taking my business elsewhere and was even mocked on my way out! I could not believe i was spoken too in such a horrible manner for no apparent reason
