Queens Wharf Brewery

This pub was pretty cool, but then again it is a waterfront bar, and these water front bars certainly have some charm about them. Well, this one is certainly no exception. I guess sitting out on the deck watching ships go by does make the place rather interesting, but the thing is that it isn’t just that, but the atmosphere of the place as a whole. Especially the fact that this place does have some quite nice beers on tap, and the service is pretty good as well.

Beautiful location, right on the water. Went there for dinner on a Sunday night, and the place was pumping, with a DJ out on the wharf and alot of young intoxicated people having a good time. We had food at the burger bar, and they were really nice. Would love to go back for lunch

I paid $26 for barramundi, chips and salad. The Barra was tiny only about 6cm long. the salad was rubbish the chips were OK.

I piad top price for a tiny piece of fish.

This place is a Newcastle institution. Built right on the water, it provides a range of options, from a quiet beer in the sun, to a pleasant meal, to kicking up your heels with a young and hard-partying crowd.
