Amazing service - would definitely recommend. Scott was punctual, informative, (explained everything that he was doing) and worked around our busy schedule. He uses quality equipment/parts and he knows his stuff. He even checked our fridge that was making a noise at no extra cost!! How many servicemen these days do that?? We are very happy with the service we got from Scott at Cool Runnings. He turned up when he said he would and came back quickly to install our new air conditioner. He certainly knows his stuff and I would highly recommend him. No problems whatsoever and a nice bloke to talk to as well!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They turned up on time the on the first visit, but four months down the track we are still waiting for the air on to be fixed. Keeps coming up with excuses as to why they can't get a part and has never contacted us to advise of delays. came around to replace a part, saying that had come early than the appointed time. Did not call to say hat they were early and told this after we finally called them 2 hours after the allotted appointment time after having a friend wait at home all day for them. Rrefuses to return phone calls. If you want a reliable tradesman.....Do not use Queensland Cool Runnings
