This hotel is great. Service is professional and the place has a nice, informal but secure feel. The rooms are equipped well, although I do wonder whether their "mobility/access enhanced" suites were ever actually assessed by someone experienced, as there are some design issues that don't work. The upper floors, the rooms have balconies which is good. It is located very near a tram stop on Whitehorse Road and the trains are less than a kilometre away at Box Hill where their is also a supermarket and other shops. Parking is in the basement and there are a few in the streets around if you're the short term visitor of a guest. Overall is a good, reliable establishment.
