The worst agent I have ever experienced with. They always make false promises. The service is really bad. They are very rude once you become their client. Never got fixed basic things in my apartment. They usually advertise apartments with above market rate to take a chance, if no one gets it for that price then they start reducing the rate. I am really stuck and want to get rid of them but moving house is not an easy job. Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent in Bankstown?
Im a Landlord & currently a tenant leasing from Quest as Im renovating my house & just want to advise you that usually the landlord approves fixing the property, its not the agents fault if things dont get fixed, the agent cant pay from their pocket to repair basic things. You probably had a tough landlord. Also if you ever own a property as I do & give it to an agent to manage, it is expected the agent will advertise at a high rate to try & get the most for your property. Anyway good luck & I hope things got better for you.
