Quest Sydney Olympic Park

I really disliked this place and the entire experience of staying there. I had booked far in advance as there were a number of events on in the area and, to avoid disappointment, wanted to get in early. I chose a room with a balcony, which cost a bit more but that was ok. When I checked in and opened the door to my room, I found there was no balcony, it was ridiculously small and clearly not what I had paid for. When I went back up to the reception to try and resolve the issue they just told me that the hotel was fully booked and even though I HAD booked a room with a balcony, you had to specifically contact the hotel to request one as they were limited. Nowhere online did it say this. I was given the smaller room and still expected to pay the full price I had paid for the balcony. I would not return here.
