Quick and Easy Removals

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. The two men were incredibly slow, the point where it took them almost 6 hours to move furniture (no boxes) out from a 2 bedroom unit in Rosebery to Acacia Gardens.

i second what Mattvas said underneath in his comment, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR GOOD!! they will rip you off and damage your good and then put the blame back on you!
i started out with a $2300 quote and ended up having to pay $4500 only to have 90% of my furtniure damaged through gross negligence! i tried to do the right thing and give them the opportunity to pay for the damage but they insulted me by offering me $1000 when they damaged at least $10,000 worth of my furniture. stay away from these people and find another company to move your furniture and goods. I have now lodged a case with department of fair trading.

Certainly, NOT QUICK and NOT EASY. I got threatened to go to COURT today! I write this review as I have now just completed the move myself at 23:54, which should have been completed almost 12 hours ago!! after having been threatened to go to COURT for the “quick and easy’s” gross incompetence!!
I don’t often write reviews online, but this company it absolutely VILE, that I had to share and warn people of the dangers of even getting a quotation from this company. I was captured into this by there questionable 5* ratings on google, which in hindsight all look very irregular in context.
I was quoted, and I would be happy to share the call record, that my move from a two bedroom apartment (ground floor) to two bedroom apartment ( 3rd floor) 500 meters away was quoted as 3.5 hrs minimum give or take a hour or two! **Watch out for hidden costs, misquotes, misleading information and poor customer support. Unless you want to end up with a matter for FAIR TRADING like we have now, stay away from these guys. Horrible management, their idea of conflict resolution is to ask the customer to pay 5 times that of what they initially quoted. When we refused, they still wanted us to pay over double the initial written confirmed amount and no matter what, they still wouldn't honour their quote! If anything their manager pretty much said 'oh well Fair trading isnt going to help you, we know how that system works'!

This company is teally goid i used them a few times and i can recommend them with confidence
