Very very very poor! Worst customer service ever!
I've just used the shop for printing , but the woman of midlle age, she over chaged me even the dispay and the receipt shows total amount. I cannot believe that she's been to rude for the customer and cannot accept to recalulate this easy calculation. $0.39x9phots=$3.51 right? The other staff excuse me that they've never seen the order receipt which came from their photo order machine. Wish the lady wont be lazy anymore and they all improve their knowledge at least what they have in the shop, but I'm sure it never happend.

Do not ever use this business. Staff are rude and don't care. Took 2 months to frame a picture at an exorbitant rate. Said it would be done in a week! Failed to ever ring when it was actually ready or to let us know of the "delays". Since been to another business. Wish there was a way i could warn walk in customers from going there. If you are looking for this sort of shop look around, DO NOT GO HERE! Can't seem to rate this place low enough, half a star is too much!

Worst business ever. Initial quote $15 then charged me $40 didn't get what I asked for, when I went back charged another $25 to fix. Had no choice but to pay as they wouldn't hand over my photos. Staff seem disinterested told me twice they would call still waiting. My advice save yourself the trouble find someone else

Never use this place again bad staff don't care about you. Make you Pay upfront but takes forever when they said will do it straight away. Don't go there

This place is the worst photography shop I've ever been to. Service was slow and staff were unwilling to do the whole job unless prompted. I went to get some passport photos and had to ask the staff to cut the photos and even then they left the side trims on. Never using this place again.
