Quick Move caused damage to my property in the move. They acknowledged this, however refuse to pay for it!
I recommend anyone faced with an issue like this to make a complaint against them with NSW Fair Trading or alternatively take it direct to NSW Small Claims Tribunal.
DO NOT BOOK!!

- Short distance move (Lidcombe to Ashfield)
- Move did not start on time and lasted 2 days
Absolutely terrible service. My moving was 2 days and would take more if I didn’t insist on moving my furniture for extra pay and multiple calls.

The worst experience I've ever had with a mover. Not only were they HOURS outside the call out time, they also left boxes behind (it was a massive truck and I was moving one bedroom worth of stuff), they tipped remaining furniture in the home over and didn't pick it up, the owner is dodgy and only offered to refund part of the call out fee if I took down my google review. I refused and went to fair trading and he flat out lied to the officer. Honestly, do not bother, and I suggest reporting them if you have had a bad experience.
This was the worst move ever! We moved a 2 bed apartment from the 2nd floor with lift access to a 3 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor with a loading dock and dedicated lift. We requested 3 removalists to make the move quicker. The removalists were 40min late and took over 7 hours to complete the job. Their truck was too small to fit all our furniture so they suggested that they return to do 2 loads, which we refused. The move was short distance and the new location was only 30min in sydney traffic. When they unloaded we already spent well beyond what we had budgeted so they were instructed to leave all boxes in the front room. Each time we raised the issue of how slow they were moving they simply said they were being careful but they broke my sons changetable/drawers and refused to compensate us as they claimed it was already broken. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this company. Move was booked for window of 10am-1pm. Called at 1pm and was told van would arrive around 2-2:30pm as they were doing another quick job in the area. Called at 2:30pm when no van arrived and was reassured they would be there by 3, 3:30pm at the latest. Still no van. Called again and was told half an hour and they would definitely turn up. Called at 4:45pm when no van had arrived and requested the $45 booking fee to be refunded. This did not happen until I followed up a month later and submitted a review on their website, which they have NOT published - their website reviews are censored and misleading. The most disappointing thing is how they lead us on. I understand delays can happen, but being upfront and saying you will be 4 hrs late is better than making promises you don’t keep. What a wasted day.
