It's a bit daunting, I feel unsafe saying personal info over the phone, and feel hesistant to commit to processing. Not sure if I'm going to go ahead after I recieve an email. Also, there's an administration fee, and they may or may not offer discount - which makes me think advertising (from)$19 is a bit misleading
Don't use QuickTax if you want to receive your refund back. They boast about quick and convenient but I have been waiting for over a month and a half for my return to arrive. I called the ATO who informed me that the money arrived in their account over 3 weeks ago and they are not passing on to me. I called QuickTax 3 times during the last week and every time they told me "the money will be in your bank", it's now Saturday and still nothing! Moral of the story....don't use QuickTax they are just a bunch of con-artists and once they receive your money they will lie and avoid you, so it's better to avoid them at all costs!
