I'm on my second round with Quickflix - had it a few years ago and decided it wasn't worth it, now on a cheap trial they offered. It has improved a little since last time, but I won't be extending after the trial.
Firstly, they use Australia Post for their deliveries. This means I'm waiting a week in between DVD's, even when I watch one in a day, put it in the post, mark it as returned all in the one day. Part of this is they always take a day to work out I've marked a DVD as returned, then often another day to send a new one out.

Very poor; constantly send out scratched and poor quality DVDs. When you request a call, they refused and added an extra week onto my account. When I insisted on a call, they call at an inconvenient time, I asked them to call back in 10 minutes, they do so but I am still unavailable and they dont try again. When I spoke to them, I gently suggested that is someone is not available at exactly 10 minutes, give them another call 10 minutes later: they became very rude. The extremely poor service was met with repeated justifications of how they send out replacement DVDs : hang on, I have sat own to watch a DVD then and there. Then they defended their obviously failing 'quality control' practices. Very poor service and product...AVOID
Signing up was easy, the movies arrived quickly and there was a great selection. I had a 3 month trial then decided to keep recieving the DVDs after the 3 months then a few months after decided to cancel as I never had time to watch them.
I phoned them to cancel but they still took the following months payment from my credit card. I had returned the DVDs I had before I phoned to cancel my account but then started recieving emails saying I had unreturned DVDs, i phoned them and they said there had been a mistake and they would remove the unreturned DVD fom my account but I kept recieving the emails then I recieved a collection notice from ECollect.
