Colin at Quik-Kleen Kalamunda provides a excellent quality service and is also a nice bloke. I have been taking my work trousers to Colin every week since 2013 until today and I can honestly say that I have never had an issue with the quality or service. I work in the chemical industry and so my work trousers are sometimes stained - but Colin gets them looking new everytime. I would highly recommend Quik-Kleen Kalamunda to anyone.
Not a very good experience with this service as I was told 3 times that my dry cleaning would be ready on a particular day but it wasn't. It's been a week and I still haven't got my items back. Very disorganised so not the place you'd go unless you have the patience and time to keep going back to pick up a couple of items.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Quik Kleen provide terrible service, the dry cleaning is sub par and they are overpriced.
I had four items cleaned and I had to return two because one wasn't even cleaned and the other, the Cue fabric had been ruined.
The customer service in response was awful, I was told I provided the Cue dress in that condition because I washed it (when I hadn't) and that it was 'her word against mine' even I though it was a new $300 dress that I had wore once. To make matters worse she would not provide a refund. I'm making a formal compliant to the Dry Cleaners Association and Consumer Protection.
I picked up one of my favourite tunics today to find that the neckline had been stretched and misshapen beyond repair or wear today. The label said professional dry clean only, so I was following directions by bringing it here. Not only has the neckline been completely stretched, but the coat hanger it was on has left marks and stretched the fabric and there were pulls and one tear that were not there before.
The staff that served me was not the dry cleaner and tried their best but their response was "what can we do?". They refunded my money, but the tunic cost nearly $200 and now I can't wear it.
Disappointing.
