Taekwondo JidokwanI would like to try Taekwondo lessons - what do I do?
Come to one of the sessions and have a chat to the instructor and let them know would like to try a taekwondo class - it is that simple.
What do I wear to a Taekwondo class?
Loose fitting clothes - tracksuit pants and t-shirt is ideal. No shoes are worn during training.
It is also a good idea to bring a water bottle.
