They moved my elderly mother on 23/9/16. They quoted a timeframe of 4 Hrs for the job and took 9 Hrs. I will admit they were unable to drive direct to the door of her new house and had a 40 meter walk from truck to door with a slight incline but this should not have increased the quoted timeframe by 5 Hrs. Two mattresses were damamged by water (one more damaged and the other slightly damaged) I was advised by Ron the truck had a leak and he had not had time to fix it and the movers should have put blankets down (the removalists said they did but my mother said they didn't which explains why there was water damage). They run the trolley over an electric blanket leaving wheel marks on it, when I called to advise they did offer to go to kmart or big W to by a new blanket, but as no one was going to be available at the house for them to drop the blanket off they agreed to drop the price by $150. The truck was on time (In fact it was early). The guys were very careful and respectful of our belongings (I even left eggs in the fridge and they survived the trip). These guys made a stressful move very easy for us. We HIGHLY recommend R and C to anyone. The pricing was more than fare. Keep up the fantastic work and thank you again.
Thank you for your feedback Daniel. This is how we manage to do 99.9% of our jobs. We do take pride in our work and are only too happy to meet everyone's needs. The .1% would have to be the extremely difficult and hard to please customers. Look forward to working with you again.

On time, respectful, were careful to load our belongings properly. These guys made a stressfull move very easy for our family & I HIGHLY recommend their service & The price was really good as well, well done guys, the Ricci family thank you & keep up the great work.
I have used R&C removals for the passed 3 years very often, myself and also friends and family. We have had nothing but exceptional service from the team.
The cheapest and best quality in town! Last week I had my home pre packed by R&C removals and the move was then done exceptionally well today.
