Awful property management. You have to tell them when your lease is up for renewal.
They waste your time sending you to the wrong offices and the so called proprty managers have no knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010. I dread to think what information they impart to the owners of properties as they do not appear to have any informaton on the conditon of history of the properties they have taken over managment of. The owners of this franchise need to take a seriou look at the poor quality of communication the property managers send out to tenants as the level of english is terrible and they are inarticulate and disorganised.
I found their staff to be unprofessional. I deeply regret wasting my money and time dealing with this real estate. I will never deal with any branch of the Ray White chain in future.
Same they are arrogant unprofessional rude and overated. They have the most expensive rentals and have heard many conpmaints from that office and interstate as well stay away from this real estate agent
