I am a secretary of my units Body Corporate committee, also an owner of units within the complex. As a person who pays the body corporate fees that in turn pay the gardeners I was shocked and appalled when I requested a chance to inquire R and H home services about their work, I was spoken too in an offensive manor and R and H services quit immediately during a 3min phone conversation where I was unable to bring anything to their attention. R and H services behaviour was childish and unprofessional. The work they actually undertook was satisfactory and the issue was merely a simple hedge issue, nothing major and could have been resolved with an adult conversation. This instance was the first time I had actually spoken to them; we had no prior dealing personally which would have prompted such immature behaviour. I would not recommend hiring them.
