I am the owner of R Jackson Pty Ltd, we have been in business for over 37 years and we have a very loyal client base and we do our best to ensure all clients are happy, something’s no matter what you do you cant please all and we all need to remember that Strata Title is governed by Qld Law and it is the Body Corporate that makes the decisions not the Body Corporate Manager, on most occasions an owner or an occupant will become critical of a situation or cant get a motion they submitted approved and the first person in the firing line is the Body Corporate Manager, but we are there to carry out the decisions of the Body Corporate, we don’t make policy. I have had to respond in this way as the review does not allow me to deal with the issue that may or may not have occurred.
