Richards Electrical advised me over the phone that they charged $80 per hour plus parts but then charged me almost 3 times this amount. When I queried this with them they refused to acknowledge that they had overcharged me and even threatened me with further action if I didn't pay the full amount invoiced. Needless to say I won't be using this company again, nor would I recommend them to others!
