Requested and paid for passport-quality photos which were rejected by Passport Office due to poor quality. When informed Rabbit Photo Richmond declared no accountability, instead offering to take photos again with a 50% discount on top of what was already paid! Clearly passport photos are beyond this 'photographers' ability.

Poor quality print, lines and dark image and, as I found out afterwards, more expensive than most places too.
