Absolutly amazing service. I usually don't write reviews but this deserves it. Kath was a great help, Went in just to look at backpacks and ended up buying one plus quite a few other things. Looked in the neighbouring shops to compare prices and the sales staff didn't even look in our direction let alone offer to help. Would definately recommend.
Terrific customer service. Kath goes out of her way to deliver and is a real pleasure to deal with. Made all the more special because such genuinely customer focused service is so rare these days. I hardly ever write reviews but stores like this deserve to be acknowledged for what they are doing.

The BEST adventure specialist on the Wickham Street strip. Kath was fantastic in helping me select products, giving me the physical space and all the time I needed to familiarise myself with which products suited me best and how to use products to their maximum advantage. She is not a "salesperson" per se. She is an adventure specialist who shares her ample knowledge freely... and because she tailors products so closely to your needs, you can't help but buy from her.
