Rachel's Home Child Care, was founded by Rachel Webb in 2007, as a nanny service for one family, we are now expanding into employing and contracting nannies, babysitters, and mother's helpers. We currently have a number of Nannies and Families looking for assistance.

All our Nannies come with a complete Background check covering a 100 point ID check, Police and driving record Check, education Check and working with Children's check. Checks are completed by First Advantage Australia and DOCS NSW.

We also look at all our nannies having a child care qualification and Senior First aid certification. If nannies come to us without either of these qualifications then we will ensure that within one month of them being employed/ contracted by us that they have completed a senior first aid certificate through St Johns Ambulance and they will be enrolled in a child care course whether it be Tafe or a private college will depend on what is available.

For our nannies and parents we also are working on running workshops or encouraging participation in courses which will benefit the children in their care.
For Parents there is no registration fee for you to contract a nanny/sitter through us. You also don't need to deal with money with your Nanny, we do all this for you. We ask that each Nanny fills out a time sheet which is then sent to use and then the parents are invoiced and pay the agency and then we pay the Nanny.

For Parents and Nannies having the support of an agency is important as it gives both parties the opportunities to express their needs to a mutual party.
